    The challenge has always been visibility. Pallets move constantly. They change hands between departments, carriers, and facilities. Without a structured system for tracking those movements in real time, gaps in accountability are almost inevitable. What changes the outcome is not better intentions from warehouse staff — it is a system that removes the dependency on memory, manual entry, and informal processes.
